➱ Maintain, configure and troubleshoot of full system and solve all types of network problems based on Routers, Switches, LAN-WAN, and OS, hardware (attend. machine, PC etc.) by differentiating system and user-end error.➱ Configure and manage MikroTik router to ensure internet access control, website access control, bandwidth control and clean network structure.➱ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems by keeping information confidential.➱ Understand the business processes on knit composite, ERP security protocols and help identify ways to streamline workflow and integrate into the system➱ Monitor the creation of user entries and enable access to the ERP system as per role specifications.➱ Monitor and track project progress against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets.➱ Differentiate between system and user-end errors and troubleshoot accordingly➱ Train up to users on new changes/improvements made to the system➱ Test and release new ERP developments within specified deadlines➱ Follow-up/monitor the Preparation of user manuals intended as a reference for end users, providing guidance on usability and features of ERP from functional perspective.➱ Configure and manage website domain, hosting, email services including update website contents.➱ E-commerce website: Fronted development, module creation & maintenance and website boosting.➱ Generate IT related documentation and time to time report to the management.

➱ Network monitoring (Solar Winds, Cacti, and OTRS).➱ Maintaining pre-packaged software applications on the LAN.➱ Attend customer complaints over phone or e-mail and perform verbal/remote technical support.Local FTP server maintenance.➱ Take timely initiatives to resolve any network and device failure.➱ Work with multiple vendor Router & switches (MikroTik & Cisco). Configuration & maintenance.➱ Maintain proper documentation of all incidents occurring in the network.
