• Prepare , develop and following the execution of the annual plant for Preventative maintenance and time Schedule Scope of work for the following :• ABB Symphony/Harmony (former Bailey NETWORK90 & INFI90) Control Systems as a DCS.• All PLC Systems and Equipment like Motor Drivers (MMV) Or EEPROMS Controllers (SIEMENS PLC).• Electronic Speed Governor System.• Passenger and Freight Elevators.• Water Level Measurement System• Telephone Systems BAPX• Review the faults report and take the necessary action to prevent repetition of faults • Supervised upgrading DCS System Project for the PP executed by ABB ( PGP4 , Composer 4.3 )

• execution of Preventative maintenance , site tests , repair the faults of the control circuit and arrange the time Schedule Scope of work for BAILEY NETWORK90 control system equipment, speed governor system, other PLC equipment, Level Measurement devices, communication system and Elevators.• During this period that followed the end of guarantee period I was interested in studying the control sequences of all Esna Plant Equipment, specially those linked with the control system like switchgear, general auxiliaries (shaft seal, HAVC , drainage and dewatering systems and fire fighting ... etc) and unit auxiliaries.• Prepare the faults report and take the necessary action to prevent repetition of faults

Operation of Esna Hydro-power plant on shift rotation bases, ensuring the nomination for the production of power by Egyptian National Dispatch Center is fulfilled.Responsible of operation and supervision of all the plant equipment that consists of six bulb turbines 14.28 MW each, 132 KV substation and all plant auxiliaries.
