Led the development and execution of master planning and scheduling tasks in support of the National Shipbuilding & Procurement Strategy. Key responsibilities included formulating the Joint Support Ship (JSS) Program plan within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), incorporating resource-loaded Work packages , Engineering, Pre-Production, Manufacturing/Construction, and Test & Trial plans.The National Shipbuilding Strategy is a long-term project to renew Canada's federal fleet of combat and non-combat vessels, to deliver much-needed vessels to the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Coast Guard. Joint Support Ship (JSS) is the longest ship built on Canadian soil.Led and maintained the Integrated Program Schedule (IPS) L1 and L2 schedules through close communication with the PMO and Capacity Planning. Managed the entire Program portfolio planning, including change history in collaboration with program Lead Planners and PMO.

I was Planner/scheduler at Sinopec & Shell JV, involved in one of the biggest oilfield development, worth over $5B, focusing on Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing of LLIs, Construction and finally Commissioning.This mega project included Export off-site Oil & Gas Pipelines, Infield Pipeline & Manifolds, Well-pad & Central Processing Facilities (CPF) and many Infrastructures including 150km Road, Fly-over Bridge, Sports Complex, Warehouse, Permanent Camp and other multidisciplinary work packages.I was also assigned as the Planner/Scheduler of large manufacturing LLI sub-projects including Large Pre-fab Tanks, Vessels, Gas Turbo Generators, Compressors, and other Heavy Industrial packages.Achieved International Elite Employee Awards 3 times and won the gold medal as an innovative talent.

Participated as a skilled planning engineer in one of the biggest oilfield development, on the buy-back basis.Involved in all planning and control documents and procedure preparation.Prepared detailed master schedule baseline, considering cross-functional interfaces within engineering, procurement of LLIs and construction.Monitored and updated the detailed schedule, prepared what-if scenarios, the catch-up plan and generated narrative reports/analysis and proposed corrective actions.Passed numerous project planning/control training under Shell's system
