 Supervision of underpass and flyover contractors. Ensure adherence to all stated policies and procedures. Monitor all structural works e.g. retaining walls, base slabs, and piers footings , pier heads, deck slabs. Provide with all necessary notes and records to certify work performed & shop drawing & method of statements & schedule bars.

 Supervision of finishing contractors. Revision of b.o.q . Manage the site works according to the time schedule table of subcontracting company. Preparing time schedule, approved material schedule, contracts, client offer.  Making Quantity surveyor and pricing including all finishing items.  Ensure adherence to all stated policies and procedures.

 Supervise the performance of Finishing Foremen and Laborers Monitor inventory, anticipated requirements/purchases and prevent wastage of construction/finishing materials. Manage the site works according to the time schedule table of subcontracting company. Review drawings to implement and coordinate design / shop drawings, and transmit data to subordinates. Implement construction strategies and methods in coordination with the section engineer, and report problems / deviations from design / shop drawings.
