I have been working in the human resources field for over 16 years and have extensive experience in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, administration, payroll processing and employee relations.I am a loyal, honest, well groomed, punctual, detail oriented and hardworking team player. I have also worked in various other departments, including the front office, guest relations and F&B administration. In my last two companies, as a HR Manager, I was responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations issues, and providing guidance and support to managers on how to handle difficult situations with their employees.I am very passionate in taking care of, helping, supporting and leading people.
