• Responsible for an end-to-end management, co-ordination and implementation of multiple projects for 3G/4G technologies in the entire South Region of Pakistan. Also act as a support to 2G project. • Complete Telecom Implementation of 3G/4G Rollout Sites right from Deployment to Integration to Commercial Airing. Committed to achieve monthly and annual targets set by HQ.• Working with vendors and other technical functions to ensure completion of 3G and 4G rollout targets within the required quality, time and costs constraints.• Follow up the Project WBS and mobilize all required resources are ensure that specific tasks are completed on time and if blocked, immediate resolutions are put in place.• Supervision of On-site/Remote troubleshooting, analysis and rectification of network issues (hardware/software) while implementation. • Technically and logistically assess vendors in ensuring KPIs of the deployed network for successful acceptance of deployed equipment.• Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports of various milestones of the project.• Develop reports on the technical and logistics issues faced during the project and suggest resolution to avoid future recurrence.• Coordination with TXN, Core and BSS Planning/Operation teams for integration of all deployed network.

• Working on maintenance project for PTCL, PTML and CMPAK • Troubleshooting of Huawei CBSC6680 and CBSC6900 including fault handling, resetting and reloading of different nodes of BSC.• Resolve BTS and BSC issues/cases opened from customer networks with advanced technical skill and customer focus, keeping in view the SLA and make sure to share valid RCA report to customer and internal management in time • Ensure quality customer satisfaction survey targets and carry end to end BSS support function.• Comprehensive Quarterly Maintenance & Network Inspection Reports.• Performs Hardware and Software Upgrade for BSC’s and BTS.• Escalation of BSS & Transmission drops, Faulty TRXs, Zero traffic cells and UL Interference to concerned departments, Troubleshooting and recommendation for solution.• Optimization and monitoring of major KPI’s such as CDR, CSSR, HSR, TCH and SDCCH Blocking• Provide Trainings to Customers and Subcontractors.• Worked on IManager M2000 to monitor KPI's and Troubleshooting• Maintaining Ufone (Ehtisalat Group) and Zong (CMPAK Group) GSM BTS and BSC’s in South.• Maintaining PTCL (Ehtisalat Group) CDMA network.• Provide Support in OMCR for CDMA network.• BSC version up gradation, BSC patch up gradation and License upload on quarterly basis • Providing high-value added support to customers & channel partners with respect changes in network to enhance customer satisfaction level • Coordinate with GTEC - H/Q regarding network problem resolution
