Planning, scheduling and monitoring infrastructure projects & routine maintenance of company owned properties all over the country. Procure, manage and monitor contractors for maintenance & refurbishment of the properties.Monitoring & documenting the progress and financial record of the projects to meet budget baseline.Managing the internal and external stakeholders of the firm.Maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure timely decisions and streamlined operations.Documentation of operating procedures for review and future improvement.

Assigned as a Planning and management intern to Infrastructure Projects planning department in the company. Completed the assigned tasks of understanding the in-house working procedure, pros and cons of project planning, monitoring and management, and assistance in project planning on Primavera P6.
