Manage marketing plan to achieve the target.• Assign the target to the sales team.• Supervise the daily work of sales team.• Manage the communication with accounts department for daily in-comings of money.• Maintain the record of junior staff.• Motivate the junior staff in regular basis.• Train the new recruiters.

Developing formal project work plans (including schedule and cost estimates) for Marketing Communications projects. Providing relevant project direction to client, team, or functional partners (e.g., Creative Services, Operations, Production units) to ensure completion within project parameters including budget and schedule. Interface with other functions (e.g., writing, editing, translation, photography, etc.) as required by projectHelp in gathering additional input and assist in problem-solving.Recommending and presenting creative drafts for review. Ensuring that creative brief is approved by Brand Management, Consulting Services, and Creative Services staff.Evaluating project components for effectiveness against criteria and developing alternative solutions.Routing projects for approval as appropriate and ensuring all necessary signoffs are secured (regulatory, legal, brand and client) prior to production.Tracking project costs against established budget and reporting results to appropriate parties/ stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
