I have undertaken a long path in the management role in Marakkech, Morocco, for therteen years, I have managed Al-Yasmine Restaurant. Through my experience, I have been able to manage a large number of employees efficiently and effectively.Right now, I am a branch manager at Al-Abdallah Restaurant, Tyre, Lebanon, also managing a large number of employees and mediating between the branch and the top management.Through my experience I have acquired multiple pivotal skills such as leadership, cost control, grammage, quality control, payroll, shift management, and stock control. Being in my position, I am confident in my ability to undertake any higher management position in the food industry.
