• My Marketing, sales and supply chain experience encompass almost 8 plus years in National Oil refinery Limited. • As a Senior Management Executive, I use to manage sale of Lube Base oils, Asphalts (Bitumen) and specialty products (Slack waxes) and Rubber process oil through Tank Lorries all over Pakistan and abroad. • To conduct meeting with customers through our marketing agent Attock Petroleum Limited for Lube Base Oils, Asphalt (Bitumen) supplies scheduling and forecasting. • To coordinate with customers for taking demand of products.• To supervise the process of issuance of Sales orders on SAP system, empty weight of tank lorries before filling, coordination in filling of tank lorries from O.M, final weight after filling of product and issuing of invoices to the tank lorries.• Acting as a Power user of SD module in shipping, Marketing and Sales department of National Refinery Limited.• My services are also extended in other Commercial activities including the export of Lube base oils in which floating of tender in the international market, • I also been an effective team member of Crude oil import from Saudi Aramco, Saudi Arabia, My scope of work is to manage and supervise the whole activity related to customs documentations that includes processing of Goods declaration though FBR online portal on PRAL • Being a supervisor of shipping, marketing and sales department, I have been indulge in restructuring the processes and improving the tools for enhancing the efficiency of my department.• I visited JAPAN for the certification course of Petroleum Marketing and Physical distribution conducted by JCCP (Japan cooperation center, Petroleum) in 2012.• I also visited various major Asphalt (Bitumen) customers all over Pakistan for exploring market demand and consumption of other products available in the market.
