Ability to organize, manage and carry out employee engagement activities such as, Toastmaster sessions to improve the communication, leadership and public speaking skills of the employees.Planning and organizing monthly fun and recreational activities for employees i.e., Iftaar Dinner, Annual Trip, Pakistan Independence Celebration and quarterly townhall meetings.
