• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout• Check the formula of Poly Ethylene Film and resolve problems in poly ethylene, put the parameters in the printing Process like (anilox, ink and double phase) according to design and cyrel .• Arrange production process, accelerate production cycle, reduce time consuming in repeat process ,prepare all material in production plan and reduce waste .• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Report directly to production manager.

• Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email. • Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements. • Achieving all targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan. • Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market. • Reporting business trends and area performance to the Sales Manager. • Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects. • Identifying what customers want.

• Inspect, test, or measure Incoming raw materials like (LDPE, PET, Bopp…etc) , Inks, solvents like ethyl acetate, Isopropyl alcohol and glycol ether or products being produced• Measure products with Thickness, Tensile, Elongation, Treatment, Opacity, Density, Specific gravity.• Ensure traceability, proper Identification of all the incoming and outgoing products.• Accept or reject finished items• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.• Prepare formula of inks for orders in production plan and retained small samples of mixed inks in ink lab for repeat orders.
