As Industrial Systems Engineer in training from the University of Regina. I have cultivated a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices. My academic journey has been enriched with hands-on projects and practical experiences that have deepened my proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD, alongside computational analysis using MATLAB and ANSYS. Notable projects include designing a 3-Axis Gantry System and engineering a Single Reduction Gearbox, both of which sharpened my structural design and analysis skills.My professional experience includes a rewarding internship at the Ministry of Highways in Saskatchewan, where I played a key role in structural inspections, data analysis, and project management. This role significantly enhanced my technical expertise, especially in transportation infrastructure. I led the development of provincial inspection programs, trained new interns, and contributed to achieving record-high inspection completion rates.Beyond technical skills, I am versed in programming languages such as C++ and Python. I am fluent in English, Turkish, and Somali, with intermediate proficiency in Arabic, allowing me to communicate effectively in diverse multicultural settings.Driven by a passion for creating innovative and efficient solutions, I am seeking an EIT position where I can apply my skills to impactful engineering projects.
