⚙️Project: Facilities Management for Western Region Municipality (total buildings:146)Client: Musanada (Abu Dhabi Government’s Company)► Conducted Quantity survey for 100+ electrical equipment, including lighting fixtures, power outlets, data/telephone outlets, LV panels, UPS, BMS system, fire alarm system, public addressing system, MATV, CCTV, access control system. ► Prepared extensive survey reports using MS Access for 146 buildings with photos and job codes of each asset.► Performed Asset lifecycle cost analysis that helped to develop a maintenance policy to control the economics of replacement and repair practices.

Al-Khodari Sons CompanyConsultant: IMAR Urban ConsultantsProject Cost: 165 million SAR► Planned and coordinated all project activities, including the provision of design and technical information, testing and deployment of all electrical work, maintaining documentation of the project, and ensured accuracy, completeness, and delivery within schedule and allocated manpower budget. ► Designed AutoCAD electrical shop drawings of LV (cable tray, wiring for emergency and normal lighting system & wiring for emergency and normal power outlets) and Low current (cable tray, fire alarm, public address, data outlets).👉 Achievements:★ Identified critical design problems during commissioning stage and rectified them by collaborating Power Operation Department Personnel and KFU Project Engineer (Client) with involvement of SAPMT. ★ Restructured key design areas of MEP by rerouting different utilities (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) to facilitate installation of all utilities in limited space.★ Increased 100% resource efficiency by delegating authorities to Field Support Engineering Team as per guidelines of Servant Leadership Methodology.
