- Guiding and facilitating Agile processes, ceremonies, and practices for the two development teams;- Understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean;- Appling Agile practices effectively in software development projects;- Implanting and facilitating Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;- Having strong facilitation skills to lead and guide the development team, enabling effective collaboration, decision making, and conflict resolution;- Having ability to foster a self-organizing and high-performing team environment;- Experiencing using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, to manage and track work items, user stories, tasks, and sprints;- Identifying and removing impediments or obstacles that may impact team productivity and delivery;- Facilitation the resolution of conflicts and issues that arise during the development process;- Coaching and mentoring team members on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and technical skills;- Providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and maximize team potential.
