1_ Conducting laboratory tests for samples coming from the site, whether asphalt or crude oil, in order to know the sample specifications and control production in accordance with the desire of the client company.2_ Coordinating with the management and arranging with a full team of workers, operators and technicians to carry out periodic maintenance on the site and on the machines in order to ensure error-free work.3- Prepare the boiler and oil furnace and inspect them to avoid any malfunction and operate them4- Full responsibility for 38 pumps on site in terms of inspection, maintenance and operation of various types.5- Operating the complete pneumatic compressor system in order to pump air and oxidize the asphalt to obtain oxidized asphalt.6- Controlling the control room through the PLC panel in order to adjust the pressure and temperature levels for the entire refinery and all its equipment.7- Carrying out inspections of QA/QC pipes for oxidation or welding, which affects them.8- Supervising technicians and operators on site and ensuring their work in a professional manner.9- Full compliance with HSE safety regulations and directing work on these regulations in order to ensure the safety of human elements and mechanical equipment.10- Coordinating together the entire refinery departments for smooth continuity and error-free operation (Generators Department, Black Oil and Loading Department, and the rest of the project departments).
