Lead, Retail Compliance
Current- Continuously identifying the opportunities for improvement and leading the process changes, either IT or operational-related.
- Maintaining 9K+ retailers' Compliance requirements across departments by identifying wrong/missing procedures and effectively strategizing to sustain compliance.
- Provide training sessions with cross-functional teams and 3PLs to ensure processes remain compliant and customer standards (Operational/Supply Chain) are met.
- Setting an achievable aim, leading and monitoring strategies developed to timely execute IT/customer-related issues.
- Engage in system testing in the SAP EQ1 Testing environment towards the positive development of operations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analytic reporting with quality & consistency.
