• Responsible to direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.• Interfaces with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or basic coding issues.• Analyses and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.• Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines.• Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and software, as well as applying problem solving techniques to test issues.• Resolves test yield problems in ICT, FPT and FFT by performing Root Cause Analysis, troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.• Create and maintain process documentation (Test Procedures, VCCA, Validation Process, IQOQ).• Determines conditions under tests to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.• Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production and actively searching for new technologies for automation and procedures in the test sector.

• Accountable as key-account manager to advise client, build relationship and conduct requirement gathering for IT information (computer hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, servers, networking, and coding) for more than 150 accounts in Malaysia.• Business analysis, translate business requirement to IT solution and suggesting cost reduction approach without impacting business operations.• Market research to find potential contact, reach out by email, calling, texting and organize virtual meeting or on-site visit for any business requirement.• Presale support, identify pain-point and specialize in cloud solution and offer post-sale support.• Manage stakeholder, analysing needs and expectations, planning and implementing various tasks to further engage with the decision maker.
