About Hassen Ahmed
While in high school I learned about design programs on the computer that my elder brother own. I was intrigued by how design applications worked on the computer.After high school, I worked as a graphic designer and a printer operator where I had to handle the signage of big brands such as (Coca cola, Mobil Oil, ...) then I decided to earn my degree in Computer Application.I became interested in the way websites are constructed with a backend technical development combined with visual design. As I graduated from my bachelor I was employed at a digital design agency as a Frontend developer. One of the big projects I worked on was the website for Saudi Airlines. I also worked with Flash animations, development and design websites.Exploring more challenges I had an opportunity to learn video and movie production while I was learning event planning for corporate events and booth exhibitions. Since I was so interested in movie production, I took an initiative to study a Film Making course at the New York Film Academy School in Abu Dhabi.Once I returned from the course, I became involved in the production process for creating movies which included managing locations, equipment as well as locations and hired hands where I end up directing couple of movie.As a Production Manager I was managing the production of movies, websites, events as well as collateral and marketing materials.Now I have come full circle going back to website design. I have become eager to submerge myself again in the field and bring my production experience to the table for web development.While honing my web development skills to include HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.js -- I have added also study in User Experience.
