*Embedded software developments in C/C++ for various new features for Engine Control (Base, Ultra High End Performance, Creating Torque Model, OBD, Emissions( EU 6 and EPA/CARB) etc.,*Lead on calibration for Base Engine, 1500+Nm of Peak Performance and Drivability, Fastest Production car, Launch Control, Different Shifts, Knock/Misfire, Traction Control, Boost Control, Torque Model[Aircharge, Pedal Maps, Torque Arbitration/Priority, and Estimation]) on E10 and E85 Fuels.*Model development in Simulink/Matlab/Stateflow for Engine controls application coupled with GT-Power based FMU for higher fidelity. * Lead on DOE/Test Case Generation, Functional requirements generation, Project planning and Task Scheduling towards extremely short SOP. *Testing (Unit, SIL, PIL, Hardware in Dyno, Test Cars), Fleet Testing and Release for various cars and programs.

Responsible for C/C++ ECU application/function development, PIL/Dyno/Vehicle testing, and callibration for Base Engine tunning, Drivability, Torque Model, OBD, EU and US Emmissions and Catalysts etc., for various programs and cars at Koenigsegg Automotive AB.

Leading team in Electrical design and PCBs from concept/design, manufacturing and testing in the car for starting and safely shutting-down the HV systems of electric car. Design and Development of High Voltage circuits with safety procedures including checks on galvanic isolation, FMEA and FS Rules compliance.

Research, Design, Analysis & Manufacturing of IC Engines. Development and testing of Engine Autonomous Digital Electronic Controllers. Performance Testing of Engine and Evaluation of Engine output parameters. Lead on CAM with regular CNC toolpath generations using FUSION 360 for various Engine Components Manufacturing and operating 3 Axis CNC machines.

Worked on Improving the Efficiency and Performance characteristics of the Engine including Thermal Efficiency, Volumetric Efficiency and Brake Power using Throttle-Less flow and Independent Valve Actuation (IVA), to produce a Independent Rotary Valve (IRV) Engine. Was offered Publication and “Best Paper Award” in International Conference on Automotive Engineering. Also presented my idea in Pakistan Auto Show Karachi 2019. This invention was later patented in Ipo Pakistan.

Worked on Modelling and Animation of Tractor Assembly Line for the company, which was successfully completed. Worked on Engine Assembly Line and Quality Department.

Operating CNC Machining and generating toolpaths for day to day jobs in a Manufacturing Environment. Completed the manufacturing and NC Coding of an automobile body on 3 Axis Machine. Supervision on Heat treatment and Forging Shop for regular material processing.
