Over the past 7-8 years, I’ve had the privilege of reintroducing the skateboard brand Three Sixty (360 Clothing), originally founded by my father in 1997. The brand was stocked in skate shops nationwide between ’97 – ’04 but due to personal reasons he then decided to take the brand underground.Growing up, I was in love with what he was doing, I admired my father’s commitment to the skateboarding community, from producing high-quality denim to supporting skaters in ways that often went beyond business. His generosity and passion sparked my own love for the industry, and it has been incredibly rewarding to carry the brand forward with its original vision intact—especially being able to do this while having my father present and him witnessing the journey continue. My working background in fashion retail, particularly in buying and merchandising streetwear and skate wear, provided a strong foundation when re-establishing Three Sixty, but it was a big learning experience, with new challenges every day and lots of trial and error, honestly, it’s been the best years I could have asked for and a deeply rewarding process, filled with significant personal growth. We as a brand have been growing in a very beautiful organic way, keeping skateboarding and its community at the heart of what we do. We have been very fortunate to have such amazing skaters wearing our product and supporting the way they have, also in the last few years we have been collaborating with likeminded brands to create joint branded collections and activations which have elevated our reach. A selective influencer strategy has further expanded our visibility, and we’re committed to growing in these areas.I do feel I have a lot more to give to the fashion industry beyond our own brand, hence why we decided to start UNTITLED Agency. Still in its infancy, but we are striving to connect brands and creators alike with new audiences in ways that align with both to create an authentic, organic feel—especially within skateboardingNow, I am seeking a role that complements my current work, drawing on my experience but still presents challenges and allows me to add value to an industry that has been such a big part of my life. I would love to be a part of a journey and an organization that is at the heart of its community and part of an energetic and dynamic team. I feel I can contribute through my ideas and knowledge of sales, e-commerce, apparel design, content creation, social media and branding. I am also very open to learning and evolving as both a professional and a person.
