The diversity in professions and academic education have developed my multi-disciplinary perspectives. A decade in military service improved my discipline and resilience. The exposure to risks, hazards and physical security related situations and simulations groomed my security and disaster management skills. As a military veteran, i enjoy the feeling of being fearlessness and fitness. While teaching and mentoring students in different universities developed my communication, social and emotional intelligence skills. The teaching introduced me to the academic perspectives of security and disaster risk reduction approaches. Similarly, the real-estate business and a tech start-up for an online cattle selling-buying market place, introduced me to the commercial and financial side of things and enhanced my business acumen. The change in tools and rules of security and risk management, business requirements, compliance considerations, productivity and automation forced me to learn Digital Marketing, DevOps, SysOps, Artificial Intelligence ,and many open source automation IT tools. The diverse professional experience and learning 'Tools of Titans' have helped me building growth mind-set through automation, creativity , and thinking out of the box (while being aware and compliant to the industry standards)to solve complex problems.
