In this role I am a member of the NOC team monitoring internal network performance and providing solid IT infrastructure solutions for more than 50 clients of all sizes and verticals. Leveraging experience to monitor line circuits used by customers and identify the root cause of any problems to maintain connectivity, I ensuring maximum service availability, performance and speed. I have also completed hardware upgrade projects to tight time-frames.Proactively interfacing with different departments for resolution, intimation of planned activities and detailed reporting, I perform troubleshooting, task prioritisation and issue escalation, liaising between internal departments and major vendors.Additionally, I prepare weekly and monthly Management Information (MI) reports including complaints received and resolved, turnaround time (TAT), network outages and duration.

I was a key member of a Network team supporting the high profile Google account for the strategic consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. I carried out daily audits and data integrity tests with Google employees on Data Centres located across the EMEA region. This required testing between physical audit, database records and vendor inventory, and DWDM fibre optic infrastructure in different countries.Constantly maintaining Google’s 24/7 Network Inventory Database system, I documented POP patch panels, racks, MMR spaces and cabling. I collaboratively worked with vendor to decommission cross connections, and with carriers, clients and departments to complete assignments.In this role I utilised all call and field resources to execute scheduled hot-cut circuit, router and panel migrations on time. I remotely assisted equipment installations, hard loops, tests, cross-connects and faultfinding processes to achieve KPIs and SLAs.I successfully tested Leased Waves across Data Centres and also created and monitored the progress and sign off of Status Tracking tickets.
