This is made up of a group of solicitors, accountants, practice valuers, independent financial advisers, banks and business coaches.The main aim of GMDA is to provide professional specialist advice within the dental industry.

I am grateful for the experiences life through at me through working for multiple businesses, managing multiple businesses and running multiple businesses created by me. The wealth of knowledge I have gained not just from experience but hours of studying from marketing lectures and books, allow me to share insights that are valuable for any business model. I leverage my marketing agencies, along with my strategic marketing to truly position companies in their industry.My business consultancy role takes business owners and their teams, on a journey towards creating a culture for long-term success as well as profitability. Me and my team analyse all business data to get a clear picture of where the business currently stands, the systems in place, expenses and trends to create benchmarks and KPI's. This allows us to use data to locate the key profitable areas as well as negative areas. Implementing sales, internal monitoring systems, robust customer infrastructure along with Digital Marketing, PR and strategic JVP's, we turnaround companies with profitability as the objective.

In my role at Synergy Dental Group, I diverged with many responsibilities working for a larger organisation and took on the role as a personal challenge. My core work consisted of generating profits for the business on all 6 sites located around the UK, withing a very low budget. This involved me modifying the website completely working with a web designer and making the site user-friendly.Data showed 90% of new patients enquiries were being received via online marketing so this was an area where my concentration went. I promoted the brand and teams using Social Media marketing to present the human face of this large business and creating PR campaigns for the business on a low budget. I also arranged and presented various training sessions to the reception and nurse staff on dental products, customer service and sales. I trained dentists on consultative selling to help them create a brand of their own. This helped create fans. Managing practice acquisitions and staff transition to the Synergy business model. Creating content for press articles in various publications and getting involved with local communites to build brand and network. I also liaised with graphic designers to create marketing material from referral packs to website images and other marketing collateral. I have successfully used the existing Denplan Essential Plan and modified it to make it more attractive which is currently signing up around 50 patients a month. This mainly involved training staff to work as a team to successfully encourage patients to sign up to the plan. I managed my own workload which increased my skills in effectively managing time as well as planning ahead

In my role I had the duties of a practice manager/lead clinical dental nurse/marketing business manager. My job involved me marketing the business via implementing changes to the the website using current marketing trends, Social Media marketing and networking to build relationships within the local community, which increased brand recognition. I was also responsible for ensuring the practice moves in the right direction and ensuring all the staff are aware of the vision, motivating them by, sharing goals and ideas in meetings to allow everyone to feel part of the business. I was also responsible for the HR side of the business e.g. pay, holidays, stock control, stock marketing and CQC/HTM0105 implementation. I positively coached all staff especially the business owner to ensure staff were not afraid of changes for the benefit of the business and to regularly give positive coaching to keep the positive momentum resulting in meeting sales targets.

Fully qualified and registered with the GDC. Ensuring the smooth running of the surgery and assisting the dentist. I have extensive experience in Invisalign, 6 Months Smile, Inman Aligners, Botox, post Implant placement and some experience in Implants and Sedation. I also created whitening trays and removable retainers for the practice and training other staff too. Ensuring cross infection standards are present at all times and making patients feel comfortable and relaxed when attending. I also have experience working as a receptionist and other tasks such as stock control and training trainee dental nurses. I also wrote daily blogs on oral health care and marketing content. I created social site accounts for the business and managed the social marketing side for the business too. I learnt the basics of SEO and implemented this to the business to boost online presence.
