In my journey with Roche, I focused on expanding patient access to innovative therapies by developing cross-functional access and commercial solutions overcoming health system challenges. I developed value messages, analyzed insights and data; overseen product launches, proposed and negotiated product’s entry agreements. Additionally, I led partnerships with key players in the external ecosystem. The role has shaped my skills related to market access strategies, medical affairs, patient support programs, product launches, commercial solutions, stakeholders’ engagement and health system policies.

In alignment with global strategic directions to enable a networked ways of working, I’ve led a cross border team to develop, and apply strategies that will enable Health System Partners (HSP) to learn and collaborate for common health system challenges. In this role, I provided end-to-end solutions for key accounts, driving strategic partnerships with key private institutions to deliver revenue growth, manage key accounts and stakeholders, and shape Sanofi’s cardiovascular and oncology market share.

In this role, I focused on shaping the commercial strategy for Sanofi’s consumer healthcare portfolio. I built customized plans for key retailers and chain pharmacies, integrating marketing and pricing strategies to enhance Sanofi’s market share in consumer healthcare products.
