  • Receive purchase requisitions, collect required data about technical specifications of the requisition, and communicate with local and foreign suppliers.• Prepare comparison tables between available offers and negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, delivery dates, and payment terms.• Prepare and process purchase orders and required documents in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, and approve the purchase requisition from the purchasing manager.• Follow up the receipt of orders in warehouses and receive a report from the department concerned with the technical examination to ensure that the order matches technical specifications and is received on time.• Follow up the payment of purchase orders with the Finance Department according to the payment dates agreed upon with the suppliers.• Process and follow up on requests for order defects received from suppliers and missing parts.• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for purchase orders and receipt reports.
