 Handling public relation responsibilities.  Set goals of performance and deadlines to comply with the company’s plans and vision accordingly. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties. Put the proper duty roster as per duty work force and timing. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive coaching & feedback. Receive patient’s complaints, resolve problems & Technical issues. Staff grooming standard to be followed and attendance and daily report. Pass on information from Management to Employees and vice versa. Prepare and submit performance reports. Provide mandatory training for new employees. Staff hiring recommendations and interviews as per work needs.  Ensure adherence to company's policies & rules.

 Responsible for training the new staff. Assisting the VIP patients by providing an appropriate service for their category.  Managing patient queries, suggestions and complaints while striving to ensuring optimal patient satisfaction and maintain the hospital KPI.

 Collects cash, updates patients' accounts, and manages all relevant billing processes. Assisting patients with registration, including handling insurance related matters, as well as providing information on services available in the clinic and at other department within the hospital. Providing translation assistance in Arabic between patients and non-Arabic speaking clinicians Assistance with managing the process involved in obtaining approvals from insurance providers on behalf of patients for procedures required. Telephonic scheduling of patients appointments and assistance with queries.
