Performing as part of a project named SST (Single Source of Truth) that is implementing Peoplesoft 9.1 globally. Responsible to work with and support functional users in the analysis and approach to requested process changes. Also responsible for overseeing the development of uses cases, testing, implementation and communication of all changes to the GL and AM user communities. Support of Code Block transformation, involving standing up a 9.1 Peoplesoft instance in order to receive 8.9 ledger data translated. Client -PPL, Functional Consultant Provided day to day user support of systems supporting Financial Accounting, Asset Management and Tax departments including PeopleSoft v8.9 General Ledger, nVision, PSQuery and Security. Created document on configuration options to account for upcoming IFRS project client was undertaking.

Managed day to day support and system enhancements for GL, AM, AP and Projects modules, version 8.4. Conducted customer interviews, develop requirements, create test plans and coordinate testing for system enhancement and development. Implemented system configuration, created user documentation and conducted end-user training. Implemented multi-currency functionality to enhance efficiency and gain more robust reporting. This was being done by large Excel spreadsheets and took much longer to complete. Configured Mass change templates and definitions which allowed thousands of assets to be transferred. Developed custom upload using EDI to load AP vouchers directly into system which allowed large GL distribution vouchers to be entered faster as voucher upload was not available in version 8.4. Developed training material and conducted training sessions to raise overall knowledge of nVision. Developed nVision reports for multi-currency reporting that were being created
