I launched TATE with a team of like-minded professionals in 2013. As a company, our approach to leadership hiring is distinctive and we live up to our claim - "committing to your success", at every step of the way.My global industry and consulting expertise was honed during my long tenure with Ma Foi, of over two decades, as CEO-Executive Search and as member on the Board. I also had a three year stint as CEO of our European operations based out of London, UK. I was also on the Board of Randstad India after the acquisition of Mafoi. Earlier, I was an independent director on the board of Consolidated Construction Company Ltd and have been featured CII E Compendium of Women Achievers-South Zone.Beyond business, I am a trustee of The Mafoi Foundation where we enable the deserving via an integrated holistic approach to their education, health and livelihood.
