Working with the international fire codes, Hasu and his team came up with a design that utilized existing city water pressures, met the building codes, avoided costly booster pumps, and worked closely with city officials to obtain approval on some innovative methods of insuring safety. The result was a state-of-the-art H3 warehouse for Fujifilm that was able to be completed on time and on budget in spite of the unknown challenges that were run into. I would highly recommend they be brought into any fire protection design so that an orange to orange comparison of sprinkler contractor bids can be evaluated. The savings obtained in competitive bids more than paid for their professional services."
