Job Purpose:To plan, prepare materials, deliver and monitor training of electrical maintenance courses of electrical engineers and technicians.Roles & Responsibilities● Develop the technical courses to align with the latest standards and practices● Guides the trainees to examine faulty equipment to determine scope and requirement, obtain necessary tools and spare parts and proceed to work site to carry out the maintenance job.● Trains the trainees on how to carry out skilled faultfinding, diagnosis and defect repair indicated by regular predictive checks, or failures of equipment reported by Operational personnel.● Includes checking equipment to locate faults, determining the faults and the appropriate method of repair and carrying out or directing repair work● Instructs trainees in carrying out predictive and preventive maintenance checks and tests on electrical equipment● Apply the required assessment for the trainee as CAMS procedure● Prepare the training materials and execute the training program for and not limited to: Cathodic protection systems installation and troubleshooting Electrical predictive maintenance techniques Electric power systems operation Switchgear Maintenance and design Electric Protection (motors, Generators, cables…) Power factor Correction maintenance and installation Electrical installation in hazard area and CompEX Power transformer maintenance and protection Computer applications in electric power systems Cables fault detection UPS system Design and Maintenance

Apply the engineering, Inspection and electrical reliability activities within the Engineering and Technical Service division as follow:● Assist the technical service assist manager to drive engineering excellence in all assigned projects and provides engineering support across electrical activities at onshore and offshore jetty terminal ● Response for all electrical new plant changes CR, MOC and projects● Prepare FEED, feasibility, engineering study and prepare electrical scope of work SOW for all new projects, change requests, site modification and MOC● Technical review, comment and amend of all electrical EPC deliverables by contractors and monitoring the electrical design to ensure electrical engineering systems design is in compliance with recognized standards and basic engineering design● Prepare work schedule and execution plan related to each project or MOC and support the projects team in the evaluation of project progress, manpower, HSSE and quality control● Evaluation of implemented activities for any technical or HSSE deviations and guide the contractor team to align with the projects specification● Provide all the required support to solve any technical issue during the construction, and make sure that this solution align with projects specification and standard ● Prepare and supervise the execution of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of electrical loads related to all projects / MOC● Update the ETAP modeling of the ELNG and execute all related calculations such as load flow, short circuit, protection co-ordination● Prepare electrical maintenance work maintenance instructions (MWI) ● Prepare and supervise the implementation of the electrical predictive maintenance PdM plan ● Participate in failure investigation of all electrical equipments and prepare root cause failure report RCFA for electrical equipments failures● Participate in hazard identifications and operability studies HAZID and HAZOP
