Accountability : Reports to the Senior Accounts Manager & Chief Finical Officer – CFO . • Maintain up-to-date billing system, generate and send out invoices, follow up on collection and allocate payments property according to the procedure.• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, perform account reconciliations.• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, research and resolve payment discrepancies.• Generate age analysis, review AR aging to ensure compliance, maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.• Communicate with customers via personally to sort our the issue regarding Reconciliation of accounts etc.• Communicate with Ministry Of Health .• Communicate with Ministry Of Interior .• Communicate with Ministry Of Defense .

Accountability: Reports to the Accounts Manager & Finance Manager.Job responsibilities: • Participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.• Interacting with Auditors and participating in audit related projects. • Controlling Chart of Accounts. • Preparing staff benefit (Leave & Indemnity). • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.• Carried out general ledger functions, including account analysis and reconciliation, JV/AR/AP entries.• Closing the Trail Balance and insuring the readiness for auditing.• Controlling Cash Flow position.

• Book keeping and financial reporting.• Prepare all Journal Entries.• Maintenance of accounting records.• Reconcile intercompany balances.• Generate Rent collections & maintenance analysis reports.• Ensuring well-Organized filing and documentation.• Controlling Portfolio accounts.• Monitoring and reconciling Banks accounts• Controlling Partners Current Account.• Controlling Heirs Accounts ( Heirs of Late Mohammed Abdul Aziz Al Wazzan ).• In-charge of petty cash transactions, cheques payments and processing payment .• Cash Box Management.
