Senior Consultant
CurrentI am working as a consultant for Valeo R&D Braunschweig customer office. - Drives overall requirementsmanagement activities (Stakeholder, Sys, SW, EE, ME, FuSa, Testing).- Defines the RMP and aligns how attributes will be handled along with FOs, SW, EE, ME and Testrequirements.- Defines Requirements life cycle status (RMP)- Works as interface to internal teams and external stakeholders and suppliers for requirements exchanges- Create documents Collection (DTL) Manage and track changes respective to documents version- Allocates Stakeholder requirements for analysis (starting from DTL Allocation) to the System team(customer functions (Under Function Lead responsibility) and product supporting function (under ProductSystem Engineer responsibility)- Contributes to and maintains Document Tracking List [DTL], Requirements Management Plan [RMP],Stakeholder requirements Specification [StRS]. Requirements Traceability KPI’s on all levels of engineering.- Supervises traceability between stakeholder, system and metier requirements- Coordinates review of the system (element) requirements with other members of the team (e.g. FunctionLead, Function Owners FOs, System Architect, System Tester, Sw, HW, etc..)- Create traceability reports and metrics [End to End traceability] Reports overall (Stakeholder, System ,Software, Mechanical, Electrical) requirements metrics- Reacts on SIQ requests related to requirement management and to participate to SIQ meetings
