• Currently providing on-site GEITA support at Lackland AFB, TX by tracking and managing Performance-Based Remediation (PBR) contracts for the Great Lakes and Upper Midwest Groups utilizing automated data processing systems such as Enterprise Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Management Information System – EESOH-MIS, eDASH, SharePoint; and utilizing my knowledge of AF and DoD environmental planning regulations and federal, state, and local regulations to assist AFCEC with day-to-day management and execution of PBR contracts and preparation of tracking tools and deliverables to ensure quality assurance and quality control of the PBR contractor during program execution. Also providing support to the Great Lakes and Upper Midwest installations by reviewing management action plans and preliminary site assessments and by maintaining and updating schedules and reports. In addition, developing lessons-learned presentations for monthly program management review briefings in order to better track and manage the PBR contracts and contractors.

Provided support to AFCEE project managers using environmental technical skills and knowledge of the AFCEE processes and requirements and knowledge of RACER and Environmental Liabilities Cost to Complete (CTC) Cost Estimating Implementation Plan to prepare accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects. Provided support to 10 AFCEE clients and installations with their management of environmental restoration and compliance projects. Provided support with procurement packages, document reviews, cost estimates, and technical evaluations of proposals. Identified problems and issues early in the process, and recommended solutions, which were generally accepted by the clients.

Provided technical project and program management support to AFCEE, Base Realignment and Closure Division, and Environmental Restoration Division Group B at Brooks AFB, TX; supported the Air Force Base Conversion Agency/Decision Document (DD) for George AFB, CA, in preparing future-year programming documents, including DD Forms 1391, narratives, and cost estimates using Excel spreadsheets and RACER under AFCEE Task Order 17.
