Managing the New Numbering Plan programme across the company, a member of the local steering committee constructed by the country regulator. Responsible of reviewing and consolidating the cross functional projects plans, risk management and quality assurance plans. As a Project Manager for technology development projects, I’ve managed and controlled different projects (CD-Bill, IVR, Mediation phases 4 &5, Interconnect phase3, Mobile Multi Accesses Portal), throughout project lifecycle, managing and assessing dependencies and priorities conflicts with decision makers and business owners. I managed different teams of marketing specialists, system analysts, developers, testers, and integrators from both supplier and operator ends.

As a System Integrator, I‘ve managed the integration of different Core network elements (Alcatel RCPs, SSPs, Nokia Gateways), VAS platforms (SMSC, WAP, MMS, AGW, Charging Gateways) either into the billing/interconnect chains or into the life network, following a prince2 methodolgy for conducting the projects from initiation till completion.As a Business Analyst (Mediation/Interconnect phases 1,2, &3), I've performed requirements gathering and analysis, building requirements catalogues and business roadmaps for (Voice, SMS, MMS, GPRS) billing and interconnect, produced use cases, specification, architectural designs, quality plans/processes, testing and training materials. Contributed with finance and governmental affairs for the reconciliation and investigations for interconnect of voice/sms with other operators.

As a project manager (Network Trouble Tickets, Network Implementation Deployment Information System), I ve carried out scope definitions, project planning, vendor management, building prototypes, site preparation, testing, users training.

As an Implementation Consultant (Legal Database for Decision and Supported Documents “Kuwaiti Council of Ministers General Secretary”, Information System for the Cases and Related Pleas “Kuwaiti Ministry of Justice”), I’ve supported the clients in their feasibility studies for new document centers, by building prototypes and proof of concepts. I developed the required programs for data migration, data conversion, validation and integrity, carried out the automation of proof reading and provided statistics. I managed user acceptance and provided user training.
