• Responsible for implementing all HSE tasks.• Prepares pre job plans for short term and long-term operation related to the safety works.• Observes and monitors all operations in the rig.• Raise the nonconformity to the related department to solve it.• Ensures that operation risks assessment are under control.• Responsible for incident investigation.• Ensures that all the involved personnel commitment with safety regulation of the company.• Responsible for delivering the needed onsite HSE training to drilling crew, (weekly, monthly, and on job training), and review the training matrix for the drilling crew to stand on their HSE weakness.• According to the operation, we try to find a new safety solution for HSE controlling to risk.• Monitors the performance of the HSE system and makes the necessary modifications.• Insure that all HSE documentation are in place.• Assist in preparation of risk assessments of the rig.• Verify hierarchy of risk controls (e.g. elimination, engineering control and personal protective equipment) is properly applied.• Ensure permits and necessary documents are in place and communicated to crew prior to start of any operation.Have experience as a safety coacher.Responsibility:• How to Work as safety engineer in the rig to maintain safety and safety precaution in all kind of jobs. • How to deliver training for the rig employees.• How to prepare safety papers of the rig.• How to make Risk assessment and investigations on the rigs if accident is happened. • How to make technical Audit on the rigs to determine the problems and condition of the equipment’s, and how to evaluate the behavior of the employees with the safety management system.• How to prepare for safety meeting in the rig.• How to powerful the safety engineer observation.
