* Coordinate with external suppliers to achieve the required design of new molds according to product specifications whether locally or foreign and spare parts manufacturing also.* Coordinate with production and planning department the ways of failure notification to schedule repairing without stopping the production line for long-time and giving working orders for dies sections.* Coordinate with the local purchasing dept. and foreign purchasing dept. to provide spare parts of the frequently consumed parts and keeping them at the warehouse to ensure their availability.* Plan the strategic goals of the activity jointly with the activities managers to achieve the production plan.* Review the activity budget to organize and manage the financial resources.* Monitor and supervise the operating instructions specified by the activities managers to adjust the operations and organize the workflow.* Review and approve the work orders incoming from the requisitioner to determine the required cost and organize the workflow.* Study and approve the possibility of manufacturing new dies, and direct the managers to make sure that the specifications are met before delivering the new dies in a way that satisfies the client’s requirements.* Follow up the price and technical comparisons of the parts for which purchase orders have been prepared to provide the best of them in a way that optimizes the quality and accuracy of the work and reduces the cost.* Approve the plan on the factory’s needs in terms of “equipment, machines, workforce, training programs, etc.” to keep up with the external developments and provide them inside the factory.* Supervise the quality control processes and their conformity with the donor specifications.* Contribute to training those concerned to get familiar with different dies in other factories and how to deal with them to raise the performance, reduce down times and work on achieving the production plan with the required accuracy and quality.

• Plans, organizes, delegates and evaluates the work to be carried by the Mold Shop team to achieve the Key Performance Indicator targets within allocated budget. Schedules and maintains workload in the workshop with daily operations plan• Works closely with Mold Making department in China for new customer requirements, spare parts and coordinates with New Products Development, Marketing and Program Management departments• Develop local suppliers for spare parts and some specific materials to be used in the molds• Involves in the qualification and release of new mold and assists in establishing the mold maintenance standards. Works closely with Injection Molding Technology team to develop fixtures, tools and process that support higher production efficiency and quality• Develop specific training materials for technicians and technical operators and train them in a regular basis• Ensure the total compliance of the Preventive Maintenance Plan for the molds• Collaborates with other manufacturing managers and leadership to set and assess priorities across teams• Assesses cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes; makes and implements recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiency• Supervises tooling operations, ensuring all work is performed accurately and according to quality and safety standards• Assists the Maintenance Supervisor and/or other appropriate leadership with programs, activities, and responsibilities of the maintenance department.• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.• Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.• Managed production priorities and expenditures up to authorized limits.• Implemented management procedures to handle employee discipline up to and including termination, employee recognition, and policies that affect personnel.

• Computer Numeric Control (CNC) programming and machine set up for Electric Discharge Machines (EDM), Wire Cut EDM (EDW) and CNC work• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability• Oversee new process equipment production• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters• Trouble shoot process related issues• Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements• Evaluate and select various engineered materials• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products• Improve manufacturing techniques and through put• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities• Review processing methods• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer• Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required• Lead cost improvement/reduction programs• Lead the startup of new/existing projects/production jobs, optimizing cost, efficiency and quality• Lead the process control and maintain appropriate documentation• Monitor the assembly/molding process running in production• Establish detailed processes for new product lines• Design major experiments to enhance processes improve yields and utilization through reduced cycle and efficient set-up• Lead and implement major maintenance changes in process improvements• Provide functional and technical mentoring to process technicians and other process engineers.
