- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets across Egypt ,UAE and UK.- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.- Perform advanced financial management or accounting duties; examine, analyze and verify documents to ensure adherence to established controls and accepted professional standards; audit records, systems and procedures; analyze data and prepare financial statements, budget projections and reports.- Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; recommend improvements and modifications; recommend and implement policies and procedures; assist in the development and administration of the budget; prepare various financial and management reports on operations and activities.

- Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing the financial reports.- Performing audits on financial data to assure its accuracy and truthfulness.- Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.- Analyze the expenses, trends and cash performance month over month.- prepare and coordinate with the audit, prepare detailed audit schedules, audit confirmations and financial statement tie-out.- Facilitate and manage the preparation, review, and inspections tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.- Create accounting treatments for new projects.

- Direct and manage invoices in AP Workflow system for processing and follow up on payment inquiries- Manage Vendor Invoice processing and payment- Coordinate and maintain records of all fiscal documents with appropriate support materials including Legal and Official Documents-

- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports- Creating KPI reports
