• SEPA HUB single point of contact for orchestration of business requirements and IT demands management from design to go-live• End to End IT Delivery for all SEPA related changes and improvements (from concept to BAU), including application delivery, test, data, infrastructure, alignment & integration with local systems and banks, deployment and transition through Hypercare to Global Application Support and Operations.• Partnership with key stakeholders as well as tool suppliers to maximise SEPA toolset invest.• Drive that security guidelines from Group Security are met for SEPA Hub.• Provide regular updates on SEPA product health and projects status, deliverables, risks & mitigation actions.• Provide support in crisis situations and IT authority for any BAU change to the SEPA system• Support local markets’ initiatives having SEPA HUB solution in scope. • Manage IT Demand and Solution Blueprint & Architecture of global SEPA Hub• IT Delivery for global SEPA Hub within plan and budget• Manage the interface setups globally with the central SEPA solution• Accountable for quality and delivery of the SEPA HUB solution including data migration• Supports the business in tailoring SEPA Hub to new requirements. This support goes from Design to Go-Live.• Collaborates and coordinate needs with SEPA Business and Application Operations among other key stakeholders such us Local markets SPOCs, Corporate File Transfer team and Group Security• Manages product backlog delivery and prioritization in partnership with Business• Ensures compliance with Security, Architecture, Privacy/GDPR, SOX and Audit Controls
