- Participates in the development of the company's general policy in the field of maintenance activities and proposes and follows up the programs and the executive plans for them.- Oversee the development of the required annual plans and programs for the investment projects .- Supervise the preparation and review of the estimated budgets of capital expenditure and current and operating expenses and the balance of posts and wages for all its activities as well as review and discussion of project budgets of the tasks, equipment and accreditation .- Supervising the preparation of economic and technical feasibility studies for the company's projects- Supervising the development of plans to participate in the formulation of general policy for projects and investment projects of the company in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors.- Long and short-term participation of the project needs of tasks, materials and equipment to achieve the main objectives planned.- Supervising the preparation, issuance and study of tenders for planning and projects.- Technical participation and accreditation for all contracts with the contracting companies, whether local or foreign, which deal with the company in the field of projects.- Responsible for the development of projects , issuance of instructions for the flow of work , guide the possibilities to raise the adequacy and productivity of all departments.- Ensure that contractors fulfill the contracted obligations according to the terms of the contracts concluded and approve their conclusions before disbursement within the limits of their financial powers.- Supervise the necessary systems for the preparation of all programs and budgets of maintenance activities and review their implementation in terms of quantity, timing and cost.- Develop plans and time programs for the implementation of the company's projects.

As a construction manager in construction of all civil, Mechanical , Elec. & instruments activities for Bed-3 oil & gas plant, Bed-2 gas plant Projects & Bed-1 ELGEMSA oil plant in both of the western desert & HERGADA in the red sea as follows:-Bed-3 Industrial area which comprised of the following steel structure buildings, office building, laboratory building, chemical, storage buildings, telecommunication building and the guard houses my responsibilities in this Project included the construction for the steel structure erection, welding procedures, in addition to th quality control work and the reinforced concrete foundations. My task included also the construction for the internal gypsum partitions and finishing works the main contractor for this Project was build IMEX " FRENCH Co." Bed-3 Permanent camp which comprised of the following reinforced concrete buildings 25 No. Accommodation villas, medical clinic building, recreation building, workshop building, mosque and the laundry as well as the landscaping works and the under ground utilities. My responsibilities. Comprised of the construction management for the works from foundations Phase and up to the finishing and handing over phase. Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepares bids and construction specifications, scope of work. Manages Projects with Cairo office. Monitors and controls site progress. Coordinates materials, equipment and consumables procurement. Coordinates implementation of construction drawings and specifications. Reporting to the Projects General Manager. Follow up all construction execution activities at site. Reviewing all designs and site modifications. Evaluate the contractor's performance. Member of bid committee. Preparing all invoices and variation orders. Preparing the tender documents. Follow up the progress of the Projects. Prepare hand over packages

Duties & Responsibilities: -- Evaluate and assess contractors methods and procedures for performing the construction works and tests on completion.- Monitor and witness contractors performance during construction preparation and testing of the equipment and the installation ensure that the testing complies with company standards, specifications manufacturers, data sheets and quality plans. - Supervise, Co- ordinate with the QA/QC Engineers daily & all testing performed by the contractor.- Maintain a documentation system
