- Analyzing client’s international marketing infrastructure. - Determining the correct HS, SIC, NAICS, NACE codes of client’s products and sector.- Providing extensive studies to the C-Level management teams of the various clients enriched with international foreign trade data including demand and competition inputs, foresight and related geographical, financial & political conditions of the potential regions/countries. Designing and building complex reports with workflow charts and dashboards about target market structures, economic and commercial terms, B2B trading and legal requirements, consumer characteristics and preferences, sales forecasts and potential buyers. - Analyzing and evaluating deficiencies of client’s international sales/marketing content, CRM tools, informing the points that need improvements. - Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) as company Quality Management Representative and HSE Committee President.
