It required learning about e-commerce and how to penetrate the market with a new product. I took intensive courses in e-commerce to understand the market, decided on the best strategy to make my sales, developed, and sourced an accessory, and made a profit of £5,000 in four months as a test project.

As project lead, I assigned and supervised teams for each project while managing the clients. Profit margins set by the company were 30%; I closed most projects with 45% profit or higher by changing execution processes and negotiating better prices with third parties.• I codesigned and developed – with the help of the CTO and COO – DG, a filtration product for Tam Development aimed at filtering and processing hundreds of thousands of submissions (which included competitions, CVs, comments, etc.) in five to seven days. This process used to take three to four weeks. I set the product requirements, created filtration processes, oversaw the product name and brand development, developed the pricing packages for the product, and benchmarked existing products from around the world. The product launched in 2018 and remains one of Tam's main selling products today.• I built a quality assurance team to monitor the execution of all Tam projects and develop reports to support informed decision-making. I took on this challenge, assembling a team and setting their objectives within three months. We developed the required reports and had weekly meetings with the COO to help with decision-making based on the reports that we developed.

I developed the report using Excel, my knowledge of which was minimal. By the end of the development phase, my skills in Excel were excellent. The report was used across the business. We were contracting with Severn Trent, and the report was also recognised by top management.
