Identify, research, and resolve technical issues as trained.Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve basic to advanced technical concerns.Meet client contractual goals and metrics with regards to providing excellent service.Other duties as assigned by management.

Help in performing structural calculations for different types of structures.Create and review detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.Learn to use software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS) for analysis and design.Work on preparing sketches and details for construction documents.Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation related to design and analysis.Use software tools to model and analyze structural systems under different loads and conditions.Ensure that designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.Assist in researching and applying code requirements to project designs.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to structural design and analysis.Maintain organized records of design changes, calculations, and other project-related information.Perform various administrative duties related to project management, such as scheduling and tracking design progress.Review of CAD Design for projects. Review drawing packages for all stages of projects from initial concept, studies, & site plan approval, through to construction.Review drawings, Design Change Notices (DCN), Supplemental Site Instructions (SSI), Requests for Information (RFI) and red-line drawings.Resolve technical challenges in coordination with architects, engineers, construction team, project management team and other contract admin paperworkMonitor the contractor’s on-site construction activities and inspect materials to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and other contract documents.

Solve simple and complex design problems leveraging structural engineering knowledge and experience.Assist team to prepare structural drawing packages.Co-ordinate the structural work with other design disciplines involved in each project.Assist with investigative engineering work and site visits.Offer thoughtful design solutions for straightforward and complex design challenges.Work directly with the internal and external clients, under guidance as required.
