- Control all outgoing/incoming documentation (drawings, transmittals, RFIs, etc.)- Prepare necessary dossiers as required (LOAs, letters, bidding invitation, contract translation, citations, etc.)- Keep track of outstanding issues and do remind tasks, supporting the team to meet the schedule. - Participate in meetings for MoMs note-taking, interpretation, secretarial assistance. - Prepare payment dossiers and work with Accounting Dept. to fulfill the process. - Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to perform administrative duties.

- Produce document transmittals and develop hard copy and electronic filing system. - Compose drafts and complete non-technical correspondence from oral/written instruction. - Maintain proper document control processes for easy to issuance, storage, retrieval and management.- Provide full admin support to team.
