HATTA HASHOM is a consultant by profession, a trainer by action, and a lecturer by passion. He holds a diploma in Teaching English for Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from London Teachers Training College (LTTC), a bachelor in human resource development (HRD) and a minor in human psychology from UKM. He has master degree in strategic orchestration of anti-corruption and integrity for corporate organization from GUC. He is now embarking his academic journey, pursuing a PhD in Governance. Hatta started his appearance as a HR lecturer and Risk Officer since 2007, encompassing 19 years of distinguished service at universities and colleges. In 2014, Koperasi Tabung Haji appointed him as Land Negotiator. He then migrated to Japan after being hired by HUNET as a Business Consultant. In 2017, he left Japan and hired by Meditrain as Head of Student’s Affairs and then promoted as Chief of MarCom. He formerly served as the Lead Consultant at Institut Integriti Malaysia (IIM) under the MS ISO 37001 ABMS Division where he consulted up to 60 organisations. He was entrusted by the CEO at that time to develop modules for Ministerial Guideline on Adequate Procedure and the MS ISO 37001 ABMS. Even more, he was the one who implemented ISO 37001 ABMS for IIM until certification with zero NC. He founded Hatta Hash Consultancy (HHC) end of 2020, offering the implementation of ISO 37001 (ABMS), ISO 31000 (RM), ISO 37000 (Governance), ISO 37008 (Internal Investigation), ISO 37301 (Compliance), CRA, the OACP, Due Diligence, ethics & integrity, as well as HR-related trainings. As a CEO cum Principal Director, he worked with 90 organizations in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & UAE for anti-corruption and governance advisory. He received countless invitations to lectures, national and international conferences. In 2022, he was nominated as Module Reviewer and Guest Speaker for Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 by the Institut Latihan Kehakiman & Perundangan Malaysia (ILKAP) for 3 consecutive years. In 2023, he established Hatta Hash Academy (HHA), a legal-based training platform as he believed in ISO requirements are just an assistance for organizations to comply to its legal obligations. He currently serves as Chairman for Trans Certification International's Advisory Board, one of the certification bodies accredited by Department of Standards Malaysia. In 2023, International Certification Body - ABAC Malaysia and Cybersecurity Malaysia nominated him as Panel of Experts. He also sits on the boards of directors of numerous national and international organizations.
