By the end of my tenure, my body of work included comprehensive reviews for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), technical assistance and training for transit agencies, state and local government officials, and FTA employees. My areas of expertise span: 🔹 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program; 🔹 Unified Certification Program (UCP); 🔹 federal procurement; and🔹 various aspects of Civil Rights compliance.In 2020, like many others, my path took me on an unexpected turn, leading me on a journey of personal exploration, self-discovery, and deep inner work. The experience changed my life and it sparked a newfound mission to assist leaders on the brink of life altering shifts and transformation. Today, I'm still that government compliance specialist (17 years of experience doesn't just vanish!) helping small businesses, transit agencies, transit vehicle manufacturers (TVMs), and government (and other) organizations navigate the often confusing world of government regulations. I am also passionate about personal growth and evolution, conscious and authentic leadership, and ultimate fulfillment.
