I help busy executives find what makes them tick, become better leaders, and build habits that sustain high performance. My aim is to equip them to become their own coaches – arming them with skills to make strong decisions, and better ride the ups and downs of life. I combine the latest science and evidence-based methods from coaching, psychology and behavioural science. My specialist topics include: enhancing performance, making difficult decisions, identifying next career steps, and addressing burnout. I’ve had a lifelong fascination for human behaviour. I studied Human Sciences at Oxford, and have read obsessively since then on how we can get the best from our brains. Almost 10 years ago, I left McKinsey to make this passion the focus of my career.Since then, I’ve led two coaching psychology businesses: Positive Group and Potentialife. As COO, I built the team, led day-to-day business operations, and was deeply involved in the scientific content. In 2023, I completed Barefoot’s ICF-accredited Certificate in Coaching, and set up my own private practice. Since then, I’ve worked with over 50 self-funding leaders - largely from consulting firms (Bain, BCG and McKinsey), banks and start-ups. Clients have described my coaching as ‘exceptional’, ‘unique’ and ‘truly transformative’.
