Collaborated with an agile, cross functional team to design, deliver and launch Times Square’s Virtual New Year’s Eve (VNYE) experience in lieu of a traditionally live event in an accelerated time frame in response to the global pandemic, garnering millions of impressions. - Spearheaded the prospecting, researching, pitching initiatives and negotiations of virtual real estate sponsorships and brand partnership opportunities with local and national retail brands which included drafting and executing legal documents with retail clients, art and cultural partners, and vendors.- Managed end to end project cycle including creating business templates and processes, strategic, tactical and operational plans, developing and implementing business integration processes, contract negotiations, creating sponsorship categories and opportunities, integrating sponsorship assets, deal points and commitments to and for local as well as world renowned retail brand partners and sponsors.- Drove business operations and sales for the VNYE event by monitoring $6.5M project budget and finance, developing milestone schedules and ensuring deliverables adhered to project timeline, liaising with internal teams, clients, cultural partners, vendors, and broadcast partners, partnering with developers to deliver sponsor requirements, and providing project status to all stakeholders. - Helped secure, negotiate and integrate sponsorship and partnership agreements, including first of their kind deals with popular brands and music artists including Tyga, DJ Pauly D, Armani White, Alex Boyé, Chloe Gilligan, EarthCam, Loop TV, Twitch, Ultimate Gamer, American Eagle, Samsung, Disney, Forever 21, Starbucks, H&M, Virtual Dining Concepts and more.

- Collaborated with a team of real estate professionals to oversee a $1.2B redevelopment asset by developing, implementing and executing leasing strategy including new business prospecting, leading competitive analysis, creating budgets and proformas, recommending infrastructure and space improvements, managing budgets and forecasts, analyzing datasets as well as negotiating and executing LOIs, work letters, lease agreements, extensions, renewals, and relocations while identifying exposures related to tenant sales and occupancy costs. - Conceptualized, curated, merchandised and leased a 12,000sf Cultural Food Hall project to influential F&B brands creating a unique fast casual experience tailored for tastemakers and local target audience. - Partnered closely with Tenant Coordination, Design and Construction, and Operations to deliver infrastructural improvements to ensure spaces were code compliant and met tenants’ required specs. Partnered with legal and lease administration to draft and execute lease agreements, real estate contracts and other formal notices. - Led internal stakeholders and potential tenants on trade area and property tours to communicate vision and space potential. Prepared and presented weekly status reports detailing performance of leasing deals, timelines, renewals and progress of new projects.- Developed and delivered persuasive leasing presentations to key decision makers, stakeholders and c-suite executives by utilizing market insights and monitoring market competition, tracking consumer trends and case studies.

- Developed and fostered strong, trusting broker and tenant relationships leading to the successful conversion of local, regional and national retailers into permanent tenants in a competitive market. - Implemented scalable space planning and leasing strategy that led to negotiations and execution of 41 deals in 18 months.- Spearheaded a newly created Common Area Program, leasing 19 shopping centers spanning from So.
