It’s about supporting them in living the best version of their life, both personally and professionally*************************Growing up on dirt roads in the Vietnamese countryside, my family never imagined I would venture more than 50 miles from home. Yet, I defied expectations at every turn. I earned a spot in one of the country’s top bachelor’s degree programs, worked at Vietnam’s first social networking service, and managed online marketing for the nation’s first international professional basketball team.My journey didn’t stop there. I became part of the inaugural group of the U.S. Department of State’s Professional Fellows, was the first from Vietnam to attend the iMBA program at IE Business School, and went on to build out Business Operations functions at a Series B startup. I then joined Google and later rose to an executive position at another Series B startup.Transitioning from an underprivileged girl in Vietnam to a thriving professional in Silicon Valley, I realized that conventional wisdom wasn’t enough. I learned to filter relevant insights from the noise, make decisions aligned with my unique goals and circumstances, and transform my perceived weaknesses into powerful strengths.Now, as an executive coach, I’m passionate about leveraging my experiences and strengths to help you unlock your full potential, whether in your personal or professional life.
