Global Operating Model Transition Lead, Product Development, Sourcing Strategy, Change Management. Transformed from a regional to global model with San Francisco as the hub. Partnered with 45 commercial sales offices to ensure product standards, fit and product integrity, legal compliance for importing goods, and cost effectiveness by region, country, and country.

Consolidated business model to improve global manufacturing consistency - building processes to source raw materials into finished goods, optimizing merchant deals and allocations/country, and streamlining manufacturing base to optimize cost of goods and margins. Contributed to company growth from 35 to 350 stores, by devising innovative sourcing models/plans to maximize margin dollars and strengthen vertical retail timing - moving raw materials, strengthening sourcing processes, and reallocating development rates.
